Why we exist
Homeowners and builders often hire one person to draw plans and another to push them through the city. When plan check comments come back, the two have to coordinate, and the project waits.
We do both. Our team prepares the construction documents and stays with the project through every round of plan check until the permit is issued. Because we know our drawings sheet by sheet, corrections are faster and cleaner.
Taking on more than 200 projects a year across 101 Southern California jurisdictions, we have learned how each building department reviews plans, and we draw with that in mind from day one.
